  1. DOES NOPAPER SUPPORT ALL PDF TYPES? - Yes, PDF is the format we use within the applications, however there are a lot of different types of PDF files and we will gladly help you making your complicated PDF's work when you have PREMIUM and ULTIMATE subscriptions
  2. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BOOKS IF I STOP PAYING FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION? - Once you cancel the service, the flipbooks you created during the subscription period will not be active and our system will keep them for a long period of time. If you want to continue to use your flipbooks, please subscribe our service again.
  3. CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN AT ANY TIME? - You can change your plan at any time. The upgrade will occur as soon as we receive your payment, whereas the downgrade will only be reflected in your next billing cycle.
  4. I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE. WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE ACTIVATED? - It usually takes 1 business day after we have received your order. On the PREMIUM and ULTIMATE packages we will contact you to take care of your requirements, logos, website structure and modify the system to suite your needs. Depending on the complexity you can be up and running within 2 to 3 days on the large packages
  5. IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COST FOR SUPPORT, UPGRADE AND CLOUD HOSTING? - No, there is no additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting, you just need to pay for the Plan monthly.
  6. IS MY DATA SAFE? - Our servers are located in South Africa and we ourselves are based in South Africa thus we are bound but local laws and regulations. That being said our servers are located in one of South Africa's best data centers. Daily backups will make sure you are safe too.
